I have been selling real estate for around 20 years and have consistently been in the top 10% of the agents in the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board. My real estate career began in Vegreville, AB in 1998. Shortly thereafter I moved to Sherwood Park, Alberta where I made extensive contacts across the Prairies. In 2004, i brought my family across the border to the beautiful Okanagan Valley. Since then I have been honoured on numerous occasions for being in the Top 100 Realtors in Western Canada.
I am continually working to improve our internet presence and spend a substantial amount to have the search engine optimization done properly to ensure we are easily found. The internet generates over 80% of all leads in our industry today and is key to our marketing. We recently started using a drone to capture HD video that allows us to view properties from 4000 feet above the ground. This has been a very useful tool in that it allows us to showcase the location in relation to its immediate surroundings. It also enables us to show the different view corridors from any location within a potential building. This is proving to be very beneficial for potential and current clients.
